Service Description
Get ready to break a sweat! This class is designed to be done from the comfort of your home. We use kettlebells and TRX for a full-body workout that will have you feeling strong and toned. Enjoy the privacy of working out from your own space while still getting the support and guidance of a personal trainer. Join us virtually for an intense and rewarding workout that will leave you feeling accomplished and energized. If you need to learn the basics, sign up for one of my small group training classes!

Cancellation Policy
1. Advance Cancellation Requirement: Clients must cancel their class reservation at least 2 hours in advance to avoid a penalty 2. No-Shows: If a client doesn't cancel and doesn't show up, it will count as a no-show, and they will lose the class credit. Trainer-Initiated Cancellations: 3. Classes will remain on the schedule and run as planned; however, the trainer reserves the right to cancel a class at their discretion due to low enrollment, weather conditions, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a trainer-initiated cancellation, clients will have the option to either reschedule to a future class or receive a full refund or credit for that session.
