Private KB Training
1-on-1 training

Private kettlebell training takes place between you and me. You receive 100% of my attention during your sessions. I am able to devote more attention to coaching you and observing your progress, while you focus more on your form and performance. Private training allows me to better tailor your fitness plan to meet your specific goals and needs. 

Group Kettlebell Training
Fun with Friends

Gather your friends and/or family and I will work with your small group to teach you proper Kettlebell form and technique. You will have my support as well as the support of those in your group. You will get stronger, hold one another accountable and have fun!
